Mission Statement

The Friends of the Tyendinaga Township Public Library is a community based support group whose aim is to enhance services that might otherwise be impossible.  The Friends work closely with the Library Board & Staff but are independent of them.

Volunteers are given the opportunity to contribute to our community by enriching our library services by helping the library.

Student Volunteer

Need Community hours for school?  Interested in being a library volunteer?  Gain experience in resume writing, the interviewing process and to obtain on-the-job experience in a variety of fields. Interested in working with children...Be a Summer Volunteer.
